The ferry across the river near Tallhaven disappeared with twelve passengers and Rook Wickmore the ferry-keeper.

What's really going on. The ferry was dragged underwater to a sunken lair, and the passengers are alive, being kept as a pantry.
Complication. The patron is arrested halfway through, and the reward goes with them.
Reward. 40 gp, plus first pick of whatever they find.
