These terms govern your use of DM Drops, operated by DmDrops. By signing up or using the site you agree to them.

The service

DM Drops publishes generated material for tabletop role-playing games (encounters, magic items, NPCs, plot hooks, taverns and monster notes) and emails it to subscribers. It is an independent product, compatible with fifth edition, and not affiliated with any game publisher. See license and credits.

Using the content

Use anything you find here at your table, on stream, in recordings and in your game notes. Don't republish our text as your own product. Material from the System Reference Document 5.2 stays under its Creative Commons license.

No guarantees

Drops are generated automatically. We build encounters to the published XP budgets, but balance always depends on your table; check that everything suits your group, including its content, before you run it.

Pro subscriptions

• Pro costs $5 per month (plus any applicable tax), billed in advance through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel any time from the billing link; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at high volume, resell its content as your own product, interfere with the service or sign up other people without their permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DM Drops is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active subscribers before they take effect.
