Privacy policy

This policy explains what DmDrops ("DM Drops", "we") collects when you use this website and our emails, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and your party settings (size, level, preferred environments and creature types).
• Billing: if you upgrade, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and plan status — never your full card number.
• Email activity: which emails we sent you and when, plus bounce and spam-complaint notices from our email provider. Pro packs we built for you are stored so you can reopen them.
• Website analytics: page views, the page you landed on, the referring website and campaign (UTM) tags. We do not use analytics cookies or third-party trackers. Visitors are counted with a one-way hash that changes every day, and we never store IP addresses. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don't record your page views.

How we use it

• To send the emails you asked for, build your party packs and operate your account.
• To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse (for example rate-limiting signups).
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages and channels bring people to the site.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Service providers

We use Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), our database and hosting providers, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection where enabled. They process data only to provide their services to us.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from every email with one click using the link in any message.
• Change your party settings from the link in any email.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing you@yourdomain.com.

Retention

We keep account and email records while you're subscribed and for up to 24 months after you unsubscribe, so we can honor your opt-out. Billing records are kept as required by law.
